Your Right to Cancel
If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period. Once your cancellation request has been approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days.
Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
Where a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:

Refunds

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Items that have been altered, misused, or damaged through improper care will not be eligible for warranty claims.
